How do you know if you should stick with a development agency, or look for someone else?
I’ve been using a development agency for a WordPress project for a while. Initially, it was going great. But the Project Manager who did great work ended up leaving. Now, the work is a lot more pedestrian in comparison. I also feel as if the work being done is costing me more (due to its inherent lack of A grade quality).
I haven’t raised the issue up with the development agency. There’s a part of me that thinks that I should just be straight, and that I demand that they get good people who care about the work and the website project to work on it.
There’s another part of me that thinks that maybe I should get someone else. Ensure that the milestone is completed, and then get someone else.
What would you suggest?
