How do you organize your projects on GitHub?

I’m working on my first multi-site setup and am trying to figure out the best way to organize multiple themes and plugins with git.

I’m leaning towards using one repo for the whole project, but that seems like it might get a bit complicated to maintain. How do people tend to organize their GitHub repos for projects like this?

  1. I always create repo for each plugin or theme (or child theme) I create, and often, I add repo for respurces I need (image spurce files, documents…). If I work for a client, I put all repos for one project into new organization, and later if needed, I can transfer ownership to whole organization and all repos inside.
