I live in Bangladesh and I am trying to create a website where anyone can create and join support groups.
I want to have a social network on the website, where people can discuss on forums and share photos and updates of their lives and more.
Now, I am using Buddypress. My website is also on a host where I get: 5GB disk space, 1 FTP account and 50,000 daily hits.
My concern is how much load the website can take before it crashes. If it cannot take the load of a social network then I wont build a social network or ramp down the features.
Can someone please tell me how many users and how much social network activity can such a website take?
