I just need a standard page that can showcase some of the information about my business and show images. A nice addition would be a map of my physical stores, which updates frequently, and a dynamically linked number that comes from a Google Sheets cell.

I can build this for you, and you’ll be able to login and edit everything. If you’re interested just pm me and we can take it from there
I would develop your site on Wix with everything you asked for for $250 USD moonmediacreative.com
It can be 200 or 2000 it depends on many things such as where are you from, and from where do you hire your developer, if it’s big expensive company, small one or freelancer.
It’s really hard to give an estimate without getting more information. Are you looking for a single page site or multiple pages? Do you have all the text and images ready to go, the amount of content could impact pricing? Do you have some ideas what you want the site to look like? The google sheets thing could take a bit of programming. What about a contact form? Do you already have a domain name and web hosting? How soon do you need the site? Has the content been optimized for SEO? How to you plan to get traffic to your site? All questions that could help determine the amount of work, therefore the cost.
I’d say a good dev should charge $100/per hour. I know you can outsource for cheap, but this is what I think a freelance dev should make living in the US. This sounds like it could take 5 – 10 hours maybe more. So I’d expect something in the ballpark of a grand, maybe 2.
Budgets are easy to understand if you just look at what it would cost for you to put an ad in a major print newspaper for several months, put an ad on a billboard for several months (as lawyers do all the time) or run an ad on local TV for a few weeks. The more you want to reach the right customers, the more the budget would expand for greater professionalism. Typically three to five thousand ensures a serious professional with experience takes up your cause and gives their attention to meeting actual goals.
For example, I have 25 years’ experience in digital marketing and was also a project manager. I would not get out of bed for several hundred dollars that I can make by just letting my brokers do their job but for several thousand dollars I would think the business owner cares about growth and is serious about achieving some kind of outcome.
You can also Google “digital marketing agency budgets” to learn more. However, any professional will agree with this basic review.
simple answer to this is you go wallmart or supermarket you pick an item which is premium brand or avg brand so its upto you which u wanna go with thnx
If it’s just an online business card with contact info you can get a free lancer on Upwork to build it for a few hundred dollars. Then more for any type of functionality (your map).
The wild cards are, access, domains, dns, hosting, email delivery. Integration with other tech in your business, teaching you to update, keeping software up to date, security layers, search engine visibility.
Back in my days of web services the biggest time suck was all the things the average business owner isn’t thinking about.
So you have to weigh the value a site brings to your business and it should cost accordingly.
Rough estimate based on what you want I would say starting at £5-800
$100 – $12,000
Although it sounds quite simple, it really comes down to what sort of professionalism you want.
This can be thrown together in an hour or two. But if you’re looking for something much more aesthetic, professional, thought out, pixel perfect, custom graphics, and professional copywriting etc. then you’d be looking to hire a professional which will cost at minimum of $4,000 – $5,000.
The question is, what is your budget?
The only “complex” thing on this project sounds like it would be the pulling the data from the spreadsheet to update the map. That would require a bit of programming.
I am a web developer based on Edmonton, Canada. I can do for you the following for 500$ including writing content, optimizing images, and embedding the google sheet.
If you are interested, I can share with you my email so we could set a meeting.
Based on what you described, Google Sites might be perfect for you, and you could easily do it yourself for free.

Just put yourself in your customers’ shoes and imagine what they need to know, present it clear and simple language.
You can make a “Google My Maps” map with your store locations, and embed it in your website.
Agency owner here: possibly somewhere between $1K and $4K based on what you said. There’s a big lack of clarity in what exactly you want, especially with respect to a map and dynamic data. That would have to be ironed out in a requirements discussion before I’d feel comfortable giving a real quote. If you are willing to update the store locations and phone numbers manually in the backend on the site, that’s gonna lower the cost. If it must be pulled from an external data source, that’s gonna drive it up.
You can generally get a lower quote from a freelancer than an agency, but there’s pros and cons on both sides. Agencies are going to cost more but will have some solid management and support that can be problematic for individuals. Agencies can also result in bloated product and pricing.
Ultimately, you have to decide how important this is to your business as it is will be your digital face. If it’s important, spend the money to do it right the first time. Talk to some local agencies, talk to a couple freelancers, and maybe use those conversations to clarify your requirements into a document you can send for pricing quotes. Good luck.
Don’t forget that along with a website you need to have a backup arranged. And a CDN for those images, and what sounds like a DB for the maps. If you can’t provide all that the price goes up.
Doesn’t sound like a super complicated built, but still not enough info to give an estimate. Minimally a store finder function will either require a premium plugin, or 3rd party service.
I’m a us based dev, and my average hourly rate is 185/hr, as consulting rate is lower and dev rate is higher. Where will you host? what will you use for backups? Are there any other premium site needs, like SEO? Who will support the toolset once built? These q’s all play a part in the package rate for a site.
