Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
There is no option to turn off the styles, but you can do it manually in a plugin or use WP_Hook ‘wp_enqueue_style’ which allows you to disable any style file.
But it will turn the filter into a mess, so we would not recommend doing it. Just use Filters -> Settings -> Experimental -> Custom CSS to place your CSS.
