How should I make people know about my WordPress reader app?

Hi,

Maybe this is not the right place the ask but I developed an app that can serve as a native iOS WordPress Reader for any website based on WordPress which allows to use official WordPress REST API. But I don't know how to make people know about my app. I can use an ad service or something but I want to target WordPress site holders, or developers. So it's a very specific target, I think it might be a waste of money.

I can't say more about my app in order not to make this post like a promotion. I just need some ideas. I am sorry if this post doesn't belong here.
