How TF do you change the color of a heading?

I’m using the video editor. When I add a ‘ cover block ‘, it generates an image and a heading over it. I can replace the heading with custom text.

However I’m not seeing any option to change the color of the heading. How do I change it? It comes as the default black. What’s more is that there’s no option to change theh size of the heading either.
