How to add extra fee at checkout that will go to a different account?

Is it possible to add an extra fee at checkout that will go to a different account?

Something like how companies like uber eats etc. charge a service fee, where the main portion goes to the restaurant and the service fee etc goes to uber eats.

I am using Woocommerce.
