how to add post on particular one category ? that post only shows in that category not on other home page and any other pages and categories.

after creating new post and select category, the post can see on home page and in that category and in subcategory also. so how to do settings that can only post in one particular category and post can only see in that selected category not anywhere else on website ?

not only with on category but also for subcategory.
