I am looking for a way to replicate something like this in wordpress:

1. Users are able to create lists.. their favorite albums of 2023 etc..
2. Users are able to tag albums from an album database. How can I do something like that inside wordpress? I can preload a table with all albums.. then I want users to be able to select them.
