How to automatically create a webpage from a form

Some suggestions about how to most easily execute the following using WordPress:

– Capture product information from a user via a form (eg ingredients contained in a product).

– Then automatically publish that information to a unique url.

I’m thinking it’s some sort of combination of creating custom fields in WordPress and then Formidable Forms (or whatever) to capture and pass the information into WordPress.

Would like to hear any other suggestions you may have.
