A former colleague left our team a few months ago, and I am now in charge of our website. I’m very new to WordPress. Sometimes, the website seems to send automatic emails from my former colleague’s address, but I can’t find where to make the change. We’ve already updated some addresses in the settings, but the old address persists. Do you have any idea where I can find and change it?

What emails are you referring to specifically? The admin address on Settings will cover most emails, but plugins will often have their own setting.
