Hi guys,
My friend has a website built with the theme Enfold already running since 2018. Now if we wish to switch the theme to Astra + Elementor, what is the best solution?
1. The website is already online and have some traffic every day, which does bring new customers from time to time.
2. Should we build a new site in the local way till it is ready, and then import into the new site? (So the site can be updated in minutes)
Please give me some hints! Thanks in advance!

#2 is the approach. I recently rebuilt 6 sites that previously used Enfold, and now use the Kadence theme. Copy the site files and database over to a local or staging environment, strip out all the [Enfold shortcodes], and rebuild the site design using the live site as the template. When you are ready, backup all sites, and then copy over the local/staging site to the live site.
