How to compltely REMOVE Monster Insights

Hi,

How do I completely remove Monster Insights? It was installed on installing AISEO.

Please see screen shots below. The option of unchecking in screen options does nothing.

NOTE:

I want to REMOVE all traces of it – not just hide it.

I have looked in the eplugins folder on the server and can see nothing, plus nothing in the database
