I don’t know if this is the right place to post this; if it isn’t, please let me know where I can ask.
I want to add a general meta description tag, one for the whole site in general. Yoast doesn’t seem to have that functionality, though they may have had it in the past. The AIOSEO plugin does have that functionality, but I don’t want to keep it, I’m REALLY not impressed with the features. So I’m looking for another way.
So… does anybody knows how I can add a general meta description site that’s about the whole site, not specific pages?
I’m not against editing the PHP files for the theme, if that’s what it takes, but I wouldn’t know which one to look at…
