How to create category page > sub category page > product page structure with a custom post type?

I have products as a custom post type and I've made a custom taxonomy to make it hierarchical. I'm having an issue with linking it all up on the frontend. I have my main top level categories in an archive page but I have no idea how to make a sub category page that links to the top level categories. I am using JetEngine and Elementor, any help appreciated!
