How to create contact form direct to different phone numbers which you have to pay to send? (Paywall)

Hey!
So basically I’m creating a website where customers want to make a booking with different people registered on the site.

However to do that, i want to charge them to send a custom message to the person, which goes through directly to their SMS.

So imagine;

You want to contact x person
You fill out contact form
You hit “send” and the paywall activates and charges you money to do so
It sends the message to the persons phone number

Any ideas?
