How to create menus with new block editor?

I’ve installed WordPress 6 on a local instance to test the new block editor, and for the life of me I cant figure out the navigation menu part. I’ve tried looking around and while I’ve found comments of people hating it, I haven’t found help with working on it, so I am not sure if I am missing something. Any help is appreciated!
