Hey guys, I’m new to WP and am trying to build a parcel forwarding website like forwardme.com or shipgerman.
The core workflow is that users should be able to sign up and receive an address to ship packages to from Amazon or any e-commerce site of their choice. Once they’ve shipped a package to the address, one of the carrier services in our network will pick up the package and get it shipped to their final country / destination.

Which pages will this website have?
What is the functionality on each page that is required?
What fields do the forms need?
Does the website need user accounts? Do these user accounts need different roles (ie. customer, delivery driver, administrator)?
What pages and features does each user role need in the admin area?
Do there have to be email or sms notifications for status updates as well?
Does the website need to accept payments? Which payment method need to be allowed? Does the website need to collect tax as well?
Which region will be served, and what languages i are required?
How many daily visitors and pageviews does the server need to handle?
WordPress developer with 13 years experience and software developer for 20 here: this is not a job for WordPress.
