Is there a setting for deactivating the notification icon in the dashboard menu (red circle)? Or could you provide a hook that only admins would see the notification? It irritates customers/site owners and causes a lot of time-consuming communication, while the benefits are small.
On one site, for example, new cookies were found. I don’t know why and how, since I always deactivate the scheduled cookie scan.
In addition to that: As the admin for many customer sites, it is sufficient to have these notifications on selectected sites. I could then decide how to procede without having to log in in each and every site to remove the notfication.
I could, of course, throw in some CSS, but I would prefer a cleaner solution.
