How to deal with spam New User Registrations

Hi all,

I’ve recently installed Woocommerce on my wordpress site ans started to work on it. I’m getting lots of new New User Registration from weird emails. However, there is still no login form or anything that suggest an user registration. Is it a threat for my site ? and how can I reduce this spam?
