How to disable or remove product wide “Paypal Settings”?

In your screenshot you have the entire panel highlighted. Are you asking how to remove the entire panel?

That panel is part of the PayPal settings and provides product level settings. Why would you want to remove it?

We have several work staff roles like administrators, shop manager, product editor, designers, stock manager, shipping manager.

Also, we only sells Physical items, and that is not useful for us, but might cause us confused.

That’s why we would remove it at product level.

The PayPal Settings panel on the product page only displays for users that have the manage_woocommerce permission. You can confirm that it’s not visible for users that don’t have that permission.
