How to display date as “Since [year of publication]” on a post?

Hi there,

I’ve been trying to find a solution since a while then.

I’d like to add “Since” before the date of publication.
The date currently displays like this below the post title : 2014. I can’t find the php file where I can customize the date displaying and I’m not sure how to proceed (snippet in the php file? short code in all the pages? with custom fields? through the Customizing panel?).

I don’t know php language but I can understand a bit of it as in CSS and HTML. Could you please help me?
