What I would recommend instead is to address this question directly to Polylang’s staff, as they have full control over their software. Blocksy is already multi-language ready and works with all popular plugins, including Polylang.
Here, is more of a matter of how to use the Polylang plugin, which we cannot provide support for as it is not our product.
What I can caution you about is that most of these multi language plugins do not copy additional page metadata when translating, so it might be required to adjust Blocksy’s page settings after cloning. There’s a tutorial that gets you familiar with the process here –
