How to edit blockquote style?

I use elementor, but I can only edit the page template, not an individual block like a quote.

I was able to update the color of some text in WordPress editor, but the color of the quotations (and any blue) is from the original theme I believe.

How can I change this for blockquotes to the color I prefer?
