How to embed iframe using custom ACF field?

But the code snippet in the video does not work anymore because of the new security update.
They posted a link to a solution but I can’t find any code that works. I am not a coder and I am really bad at understanding code so I was wondering if someone could give me an example of a short code snippet that would work with the new security update.
