Hi @tonygao,
How to export customers(buyers) of a specific product?
From what I understand, you’re looking to find a way to export a list of customers who have purchased a specific product from your WooCommerce store. I’m here to help you with this.
One way to achieve this is by navigating to Analytics > Orders within your WooCommerce dashboard. Here, you can filter the orders by the specific product you’re interested in. Once you have the list of orders for that product, you can download this data as a CSV file. Need help with that? Here’s a handy guide on 👉 WooCommerce Analytics.

Alternatively, you might consider using the Product Customer List for WooCommerce plugin. This plugin allows you to view a list of customers who have purchased a specific product. This list can be found at the bottom of the WooCommerce product edit page or can be accessed via a shortcode. The plugin also offers features such as sending an email to the list of customers, printing the list, or exporting it as a CSV, PDF, or Excel file.
However, I would like to point out that the Product Customer List for WooCommerce is a third-party plugin. This means that any issues or requests related to this plugin fall outside the WooCommerce support scope, as per our support policy. We, unfortunately, can’t provide support for third-party plugins.
I hope this information helps! If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Thanks. The plugin solved the problem.
Hey @tonygao,
Glad to hear that the plugin suggested managed to resolve the issue!
Just to add – if you are looking for a more robust solution, feel free to check out the WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export.
This extension allows you to export customers, orders, and coupons from WooCommerce manually or on an automated schedule.
It lets you export individual orders, customers, or coupons, bulk export records on-demand, and create multiple automated exports to transfer customer and order data via FTP, HTTP POST, or email. You can also create your own custom formats that can include any customer or order meta.
WooCommerce.com offers a 30-day refund policy which you can take advantage of, allowing you to test the extension, and make sure that it suits your needs.
Should you have any pre-sales-related questions, kindly contact us directly at WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support. You will need to create an account if you do not have one already.
On the other hand, I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved, feel free to create a new topic if you need any further help. 🙂
