I’m currently attempting to help an organization transition between names on their website. The main hurdle I’m facing is accessing the DNS records, which I’m told need changing. The troubleshooting on the help website isn’t working because none of the options in the instructions are on the control panel. I’m editing in version 6.3.1, maybe that has something to do with it?
I’d really appreciate if someone could give me some pointers.
