What you can see in the screenshot is just a hint from PHP that something is written awkwardly in the “WordPress Autosharepost” plugin you are using. It is not a real error, but just unfavorable and may well lead to an error in future PHP version that makes your website no longer usable.
I notice that the plugin is already over 11 years old. Therefore I would recommend to deactivate it completely:
