You have a broken cache i think. litespeed cache have a lot of presets chose one that non broke the site ( the first or the second one are relative safe) this because all other presets are for developer or experts that now what they do so they can change the site in base of the settings. Remember that litespeed and all other cache plugins are good only if the site is already optimized and build correctly

  2. Usually, when you are logged in as an admin, you see all the pages without cache, but as a visitor (logged off), cache works, and if anything is messed up in those caching files, you won’t see your website correctly.

    First, try to clear all the caches, and if that doesn’t work, troubleshoot them by deactivating the caching plugin(s)—hoping you have only one caching plugin installed and active; otherwise, they would clash with each other.
