So do I make the tabs just an image instead of words? As well as changing of the color on the image that is selected? Or, what plugin do you think this is or can do it?

Are they part of a theme, are they something you’ve made, are they part of a plugin? Are the images regular images (e.g. PNG, JPG etc…) or are they an SVG where the fill colour could be adjusted for when they’re selected?
