Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to “Appearance” and then “Menus.” Here, ensure that you have a menu created or create a new one with the desired links.
Next, check the “Menu Settings” at the bottom of the page and make sure the “Primary Menu” option is selected. Save the menu.
If the menu is still not showing, you might want to check if there’s any custom CSS affecting its display. Review your custom CSS and remove any code related to hiding the menu. After doing these steps, your navigation menu should reappear on your website.
@actionshopping thank you so much for taking the time to reply. Unfortunately those are the steps that I’ve already tried and the menu is still not showing up. I checked on the history of the custom CSS and I had added some code to that previously but had already deleted it so I imagine it hadn’t worked and I tried a different option but I can’t imagine what I did to get rid of the menu!
Finally worked it out! On the live edit page on customise I had to manually drag in the menu to where I wanted it to be. Knew there was a simple solution but I just couldn’t remember it
