How to import demo content and pages from WordPress themes?

Hello,

I want to import demo content (images, pages and structure) from a template downloaded from WordPress official themes page. The template is using the new WordPress builder.

Is there a way I can import the demo website as shown on the preview on wordpress website?

This is the template I wanna use: https://wordpress.com/theme/masu

This happens with every template, so I guess I'm just missing something.
