TIA. Very old website I am updating for non for profit(think 2013). They have bought a theme I cannot seem to import. After investigating the error message I though the upload size needs to be increased, so attemped to do that via a plugin, but only some would work as it needs a wordpress update and PHP update. I don’t have access to the Cpanel or hosting so have been trying other ways around this.
Any thoughts? One plugin seemed to work and looked like the import size had increased, but the theme still wouldn’t work..so now I’m wondering is it because the PHP needs to be updated?
Am seeking hosting details from my friend but thought if anyone had more insights to offer would be much appreciated! This is my first official contract job so really hoping to push past these first few obstacles
