How to improve performance.

**Hello guys,**

Maybe I will look like a noob, but I pretty new to wordpress ecosystem, but I have some programming skills in background.
I have this website [https://dev.illpumpyouup.com/](https://dev.illpumpyouup.com/) which I must improve it’s perfomance.
I already put some questions on this topic, but everyone told me on overall to minify, use a CDN, lazy load images and so on…
I tried all of this, but unfortunately I still coud not improve it’s performance pretty much.
What do I do wrong? I used multiple plugins for this like W3 Total Cache plugin, Asset Clean Up, Debloat and or it does nothing, or breaks my website.
I think there must be an another aproach to solve this problem, but can’t figure out. I tried to google, but I get only advertisment to plugins.
Sorry again for looking like a noob, maybe the solution is abvious, but really I can not understand.
