Thanks for your message. The phone number is a Custom Field, and with the free version of the plugin it is not possible to manage such fields requested during the booking process in the checkout phase, I’m sorry.
This function is only available with the commercial (Pro) version of the plugin, but you can always use the database to change the “required” field for the phone number record and set it to 1 in order to have that field mandatory also with the free version of the plugin.
