I have a non profit client, a historical society, that has been doing paper registration and has an old database for their membership. The manager processes credit cards manually online.
I set them up a nice WP site on Divi. They want to get into the online registration and automate more to take work off of the manager. I want to setup stripe for their payments as I have experience with it, but I am unsure what to do for their membership or reunion on the site.
They do want to have “member only” items on the site, which, is why Id like to manage it in WP, or at least something that can sync to WP. I am not in love with this idea, though.
I might just outsource the reunion portion to RSVPify. As the reunion has a lot of options. It is a 5 day event, where the members (people can go who are not members) can pay for the registration, but theyd also need to pay for the gala dinners (if they want to go) and then any group tours that we’d go on. So, the event registration is like $95, but then they have like $500 in options, right. Also, they hate the word “ticket” they call it the Reunion Registration.
Anyone got any advice on how to approach these 2 items? Thanks a lot.
