How to move blog section without changing posts URLs

Dear all techies,

I have a blog displaying the most recent posts on home with some sidebar widgets. Now, I have planned something else. I want a static homepage with a different design and layout (Kind of B2B directory homepage)

My domain is example .com containing posts with URLs example .com/sample-post

I want to shift blog posts to a new URL example .com/blog but don't want to change the URLs of my posts i.e. the post URL should remain example .com/sample-post

How can I achieve this without changing the URL of my old posts??
