How to place menu at the top of page?

So, I’ve been trying to move this menu to the top of the page without using the top menu bar option in WordPress (because the theme “Aden” doesn’t allow for drop down menus with the top menu option)

Is there a way to do it? I’ve seen people with similar themes do so, and it looks like they used Aden, but to no avail no response. It’s for an assignment I’m doing.
