I’ve been having this problem with all of my wordpress sites – Even sites that aren’t even active yet, I don’t know if it’s the login attempt limiter thing trolling, trying to get me to pay for it, or what.
But I noticed that these spammers, all lead back to valid IPs, from companies like Azure, and Google Cloud. I don’t really know how to deal with it, if I even can.
The users have to have a strong password, similar to passwords generated with a password manager (giant string of gibberish) so the concern that someone will actually be able to hack the account is nonexistent, but the spam makes me concerned about if I can do anything about it.
If anyone knows of anything I can do, and can be willing to share information, it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
