How to prevent title case in H1, H2, and H3 tags as well as titles

Hi,

By default, WordPress seems to enforce title case in H1, H2, and titles (maybe others). How can I prevent this?

While I understand it’s a standard approach in English, in French this is not true.We use regular sentence case for titles.
