how to redirect Privacy Policy link based on the user’s language preference?

Hi, could you please guide me on how to edit the Privacy and Policy URL that the link redirects to, based on the user’s language preference? Currently, the link redirects to my default language (English). I would like to know how to add a link that would redirect French users to the French version of the Privacy and Policy page.

Notice how when I hover over the “privacy and policy link, it still shows the link to redirect to the English page
