You need to customize your Job Board for removing posted date by understanding its code structure and then writing a custom code for it. Please explore the following code files for modifications.
File directory path:
simple-job-board/templates/v1 or v2/listing/list-view or grid-view/posted-date.php
simple-job-board/templates/v1 or v2/single-jobpost/job-meta/job-posted-date.php
Note: v1 is for classic layout and v2 is for modern layout, please select v1 or v2 according to your settings configuration.

If you don’t have a programming background then please get help from a WP expert or purchase our addon “Remove Job Posted Date” which removes the posted date of the job. You can view the addon from the link below.
