How to Remove Featured Image Duplication on each pos?

I want to remove Featured Image showing in each post. See this page: https://gossipglide.com/wiki/eric-mays-wiki/

Here you can see, the image is showing twice in same post. I want to remove the first one.

Kindly guide.
