How to remove featured image overlay color

Hello,

That link is for Twenty Twenty-Three theme. If you are trying to do this with with Twenty Nineteen theme then you should install and activate the Options for Twenty Nineteen plugin then go to “Customizer – Colors” and untick the “Apply a filter to featured images using the primary colour” option then drag the “Opacity Level” slider all the way to the left and click “Publish”.
