How to remove post title from main image

Hi

I am using the roam child theme. Every time I post a new blog/article it puts the title of the post on top of the main image – how can I remove it for all of my posts?

I have tried using this code

.post-thumbnail .wp-caption-text { display: none; }

Tried it in both the roam child CSS section and the Mikado Options CSS section and it did not work.
