It is not currently possible to remove the post URL from the publication. That said, we now have a dedicated team working on Jetpack Social features, and this is on the roadmap as one of the customization features to work on.
If you would like to create an enhancement/feature request for this with additional details for what you would like to see added, please feel free to create one here on the GitHub repo.
