How to remove the Submit a Name option

Hi @enzoly! Thanks for checking out my plugin!

1. There is an option in the Directory Settings which allows you to disable this. This screenshot show you how to access settings: https://ps.w.org/name-directory/assets/screenshot-2.png
   Then you can check No next to ‘Submit Form’
2. In Name Directory you cannot add your own fields, is this what you are asking? I wasn’t exactly sure because you said ‘User information’.
   If you are referring to Submitter Name, you can also hide these in the settings.
