How to remove these unusual Patterns around background image in responsive view only

Hello everyone,

I am using background image property for stars icon and can see some unusual dots or pattern around them whenever I check the website in responsive view. Please refer to the attached screenshot:

It looks fine whenever I check the website in real devices. I wonder what could be the possible reason for this or how to get rid of it?
