My client has Shopify site on domain 1.
He wants me to create a WordPress site on another domain – domain 2.
After creating the site and customizing it, he wants me to transfer the WordPress site (domain 2) to the domain 1. He don’t want want the current Shopify store on his domain 1 and want to remove it and have my built site (WordPress with woocommerce) load on domain 1.
TLDR – He want to remove the Shopify store from the his current domain (domain 1) and wants to transfer the site I built with woocommerce from domain 2 to domain 1.
How can I do that exactly? Any plugins, tools you recommend? Any help will be appreciated.

Point the domain name currently used for Shopify at the WP site you built, by changing its DNS settings. You don’t “transfer” anything.
Call your host, they might be of some help, godaddy and most the big ones have decent enough service to walk you through it.
